Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer Free Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) within the UK.
What is Standard Shipping?
Standard Shipping is a paid faster option: £15 with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
How do I track my order?
When available, tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
My tracking shows “Not found” — what should I do?
Tracking may take a few hours to activate after dispatch. Please double-check the code (no spaces) and try again later.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
